Making a Podcast

Aims:

To explore the use of podcasts as collaborative tool.

Workshop outline:

  1. What is a podcast? (pop up here)
  2. Creating and editing an audio files - using 'Audacity'
  3. Saving as mp3 files
  4. The upload options
  5. An RSS feed - can be tricky but there are some easy options.
  6. Using a Feedreader - a good way to share your podcast.

Objective:

To record and upload a podcast by the end of the workshop (or by the end of the conference)
